Frigadon AB develop, manufacture and market environmentally friendly refrigeration units and equipment of compact, turn-key design to professional users all over the world.
We are about 35 people in a company were decisions are taken close to each employee, and were focus lies on customer satisfaction. Due to in-house engineering and manufacturing of refrigeration-, electrical systems and sheet metal, it gives us flexibility and control over the end product.
Our customers place high demands on us, and therefore we have had the benefit of working with customers such as TetraPak, Carlsberg and Getinge Medical. To meet our customer’s demands, Frigadon has newly introduced an MPS-system, and are certified to a Swedish system for Quality, Environmental, and Work environment management called FR2000.

 

Co-workers for the manufacturing

At the moment there is no position available, however the situation can change rapidly. We are therefore always looking out for selfdriven and experienced co-workers, mainly for manufacturing. We will gladly receive your request if you believe that the following apply to you: You will pick up all the company specific skills as we go, however it is of most importance that you are aware of quality, careful and used to working towards high quality goals. This can not be emphasized enough, as some products we produce preform life supporting tasks during complicated medical surgery.

You may start with easier tasks, and possibly move up towards mounting complete units from start to finish, including testing and final control.
For the team spirit requirement, you need to be able to cooperate with others as much work is preformed in teams. Age is a small matter. The importance lies on your capabilities and that you have a positive attitude towards your work. We call it RMA – which at Frigadon translates to “the Right Mental Attitude”. Our team leaders and other assemblers have been around for many years and will guide you in the right direction.
